Help my friend’s mother sick

Hi. My name is Laura. For the past half year I have been helping my friend's mother paying some of her bills, food, rent. She is sick, can't work, barely move, even tho, a great woman. Between me and my friend we managed to do well. Now, the situation is that I have to spend money on moving house and can't help them. I don't want to let them down and I need your help. Please. My friend, Sara, knows it and she is saying they will be fine, not to worry, but I know without my help, she will be lost. I need three/four months to get back on track and things will be as before. :( I don't know who to ask for help, therefore, I'm here, writing this down. Sara and her mother do not know about me seeking help, as they would say, they are okay. I hope to give them a nice surprise soon.
