Help my friend’s mom on ICU and dialysis

Here is my friend's message to you all:

My mom was diagnosed with Severe Sepsis and had a heart attack. Her arms and legs are infectedwith a bacteria that is still unknown. She is now doing dialysis 3 times a week. We have no health insurance and now the hospital bill has gone up to Php 140,000 excluding the Php 50,000+ that my family have already paid. The hospital is now asking for another deposit of Php60,000 or else she will be transferred to a public hospital and removed in ICu and dialysis. We have been buying the medicines and is paying other fees in cash and now we dont have any cash to pay the dialysis and buy the medicine that she needs on a daily basis.
