Help my friend who got fired

A close friend of mine, lost his job due to covid recently just a few years short of pension and he is really struggling. I had tried to get an online loan for him, but it turnt out to be a scam and we lost a lot of money. He's trying to get by from government funds but its barely enough to pay rent. To top it off he has health issues with his stomach, so not in the best state to find a job, eventhough he tried.
