Help My Friend Michael To Become a Doctor

Thanks for your attention! I am helping my sweet friend Michael who I met on a trip to Tanzania where he lives. Michael really wants to become a doctor but at the moment he can't affort the cost of the education. He has already taken one part of the education but he needs economic help to continue on to the next semester. His biggest dream is to help solve the issues of children and preagnanty deaths in Tanzania. At the moment he tries to earn money by playing music here and there but it is hard. Please help him.
