Help my friend!

So I have a friend from Ukraine and she is really the best person ever! She was there for me when nobody else was and now she is struggling, so I want to help her as much as I can, but being 18 years old I can not give her the financial support she needs. So she is working 15 hours a day while studying at a university, yet she can not afford to pay for her own apartment. One thousand euros is really not much but anything would help. I forgot to mention her paycheck is about 1.5€ per hour, which could be compared to slavery. She really deserves better and I hope someone sees this and helps me help her.
