Help my fiend get out of Brazil

Hey, I'm Maks. Recently my pal Guilherme told me about his critical situation. He's from Serbia, but his parents decided to live in Brazil. At some point, they lost a huge amount of money, and couldn't go back to Serbia. Now Guil is 17 and he's living in Brazil. He gets 200BRL (60$) a month and has a pretty tough life. He really wants to leave the country, tho his parents already got used to Brazil, he wants to break free, and start a new life.
