HELP My father’s Heart Bypass Operation

I am writing this letter to you in absolute desperation for support. I am Fria Pan, daughter of Romeo Alcantara. My father is in need of a heart bypass surgery the doctors have advised us on immediate operation which will cost more than 500,000 pesos or more.
