help my father who will lose a leg

Hi, my name is Komang Adi Gunawan from Bali. I work in the tourism industry and Bali, like so many other places, has completely shut down due to Covid19 and we no longer have any work. I am here to try to raise medical expenses for my father, Wayan Sadia Wijaya (57yo).

In 2019 my father had a motorcycle accident injuring his foot. The doctor wanted to operate on his foot at the time of the injury, but he could not afford the surgery, so he chose to take medication and try to heal on his own.

Unfortunately, the foot did not heal properly, and he has experienced infections in the wound. I helped him with his medication and treatment and tried to save the money for his operation but now there is no work and the infection is getting worse. The doctor says that without surgery, the infection will continue to rot his flesh and he will end up losing the foot.

I love my father and it breaks my heart to see him suffering. I do not want him to have to have his foot amputated and lose his mobility. He is still young, and I want him to be able to enjoy his life and his family.

Could you please help in any way you can? I have had many friends in Bali already contribute a small amount to help, but I haven’t raised all that we need.
