Help my father to get his “life” back

My dad had an accident in 2007, he spent 4 months in hospital, has a few types of surgery(nerve, knee, face-off, hand, eyes) he had no kneecap (still have wound, which much be replaced bandages every day since 2007) low vision caused by some damaged nerves, and he have to consumes morfin/painkiller since then because his knee that no longer had kneecap, and his damaged nerves, i worried that his kidneys will be malfunctioned, i have to take care of him every day, im going to get prostethic or even bionic limbs for him, stem cell surgery for his nerve, eyes surgery, so he can stop consuming morfin/painkiller, i don't know how much its cost..
