Campaign Story
My father suffered from severe heart failure, and his heart function was only about 20% left. He often coughs, has difficulty breathing, and can't sleep. Oedema, poor liver and kidney function, diabetes, weakness and weight loss. Father is unable to work and is in debt, and urgently needs help for his treatment and living.
Findings
Poor lef ventricular systolic function.
Global hypokinesia. Anteroseptal akinetic.
No significant left ventricular hypertrophy.
Dilated 4 chambers.
Functional mild to moderate mitral regurgitation. No stenosis. Functional mild aortic regurgitation. Trleaflet. No stenosis.
Functional mild tricuspid regurgitation.
Aortic, mitral, pulmonary and tricuspid valves appear normal.
Doppler study suggestive of diastolic dysfunction.
No shunt detected.
No mass detected.
No pericardial effusion.
Conclusions
Poor left ventricular systolic function.
Dilated four chambers.
Features compatible with dilated cardiomyopathy.
