Help my father in law in his medical expenses (ICU)

My father in law is confined at San Antonio Medical Center of Lipa Inc. He had an accident on March 7, 2020. Barangay Patrollers’ found him unconscious and brought him to Granja hospital which is in Lipa Batangas as well, but the facilities there are incomplete and he need immediate medical attention. He is now confined here at San Antonio Medical Center and we had 2 CT scans within the last 2 days and this morning because of the impact on his head, the Doctor came to tell us that he needs to be sent to ICU immediately as his results in his CT Scan is not looking good. We have exhausted our resources as we want him to be healthy again, our funds are not enough for the medication, my wife and mother in law already went to charities and mayor's office for assistance but it is still not enough. He is still confined and needed more tests. The Doctor recommended to see a neurologist. We would really appreciate all the help that we need for his medication.
