Help my family not lose everything:(

Our family has fallen on hard times. I have MS and not working anymore:( my heath has had some scares this year. My optic neuritis got so bad I thought I would lose my sight. The father of our children tried to start a Landscaping company but that went under. He then started at a restaurant but then hurt his back and was unable to work a few months. We have six children that have had to suffer due to these issues. God has blessed me in so many ways but rt now I feel like I am completely drowning. I just lost the last member of my family( my brother) last month. My nephew in sept. Who died of a heartache at a young 21 and was with my son when it happen. My children’s father’s father died about six months ago and had no insurance and we had to get a loan out for that. Our son who is our 17 yr has a awful skin disability called TSW and he has been so sick. He needs so much for his skin am so can’t afford a thing for it:( brakes my heart in peices. Our utilities all have disconnects and are due to be shut off on top of our home that will be forclosed on if I don’t make the tax payment. That is almost 9,000:( . I fear we will lose it all. We lost a son back in 2007 and it took many years to heal some from that. I worried this will break us. I am on my last bit of hope and reaching out. I thank u for your time if you are reading this.
