Please help my family!

Hi, I'm Sándor, and I live in Hungary with my family. In 2006 we brought our dream house, and everything was great, until 2008, when we had to move to another city and leave behind our home. We tried to sell it, but unfortunetly somebody broke in, and messed up the whole house. They broke the windows, take all the radiator and all the tubes. The water leaked so bad, it messed up the walls and the floor. We had insurance, but the insurer didn't want to pay even when the police said it was a break in. All our saved money was spent on renovations.

To all this doesn't happen again we let one of our friends family to move in so they can take care of the house. And that was the worst decision ever. We were so naive. We told them, that they don't have to pay for rent, just for overhead. And that's where the problems started. They didn't. Everything they used, water, electricity, gas, ect, they didn't pay for it. The bank started to block our payment. We told them to leave the house and pay everything back, but they didn't, and they laughed in to our face, and told, that we can't make them to leave. We talked to the police and they said that they can't do anything about it which is ridiculous. They told us to take legal actions, which we did, but unfortunatly in Hungary criminals have more right than somebody who lives normal democratic life. Which is also ridiculous.

We reported them, and we thought all this nightmare will end, but unfortunatly it didn't. The lawsuit took years, and finally the judge decided that they have to move out.

We thought it was over, but it wasn't. From one moment to the next they moved out, what we didn't even know, and they took everything. EVERYTHING. Radiators, tubes, sinks, boiler, furnitures, door landlers, lamps, like literally everything and left all their garbage. They broke the windows, knocked out the garage's wall and you can't even belive how much damage they caused. We were so shocked.

We were so nice. Let them to stay, just pay for what they used, we didn't even asked for rent, and they did this to us.

Right now we don't know what we could do. We can't sell the house the way it is. We don't have money to renovate and they caused us so much debit. The lawsuit starts all over again, and how it was the last time it will be the same and will take years and years to end. If there will be an end.

That's why we need your help. Probably you have enough problem, why would you deal with ours, but we really don't know what we could do.

Please if you could help us, even with one euro, that would mean the world to us. We would spend every cent to renovate our house, and pay back the debit what they caused us.
