Help my family

This is my history: my family and me come to Perú escaping from Venezuelan crisis, all was going good, my wife and me find jobs and can help our family that stay in Venezuela, now good bless us with a gift, my wife is pregnant, but the problem is that is a risk pregnancy, my wife cant keep working, we had some debts , and only with my salary its impossible for us to pay the rent, food, and the pregnancy expenses.
