Help my dreams come true

Hi

My name is Courtney. Im 21 and I am going to school to become a nurse. I was born with a genetic condition called neurofibromatosis and I also have scholiosis, and because of my conditions I had to have a back operation at the age of 7. Having this surgery made me miss out on a lot of my childhood and to make matters worse I had to wear a back brace most of my younger life. Just as I thought things were getting better I had to have another surgery at the age of 14. The only postive to all this was the doctors and nurses that took care of me were amazing which is what made me decide I wanted to become a nurse. After applying to various programs, I finally got accpeted into a program. There is only one problem, because my school is a private school, they do not accept student loans and I do not get enough funding to pay for my entire education, and becuase I come from a family with five children, my parents can not afford to help me. The worst part, is my school needs to have my balance paid off before i can continue, and it needs to be paid by December in order for me to contiune going to school. I do not want my dreams to disappear, I was born to become a nurse.
