Help my dog’s vet bills and medications

My dog Bruno has been with us for 9 years. He's my dad's actually, since my dad passed away he's not been feeling well. I don't know if it was from the sadness or aging. Last couple weeks ago, he's been showing a lot of symptoms that he's sick. He wouldn't eat that much anymore and looks so sad. As we went to the vet for a check up, we found out that he has kidney stones and Urinary Tract Infection. The vet told me he needs an urgent operation unfortunately I can't handle the medical bills in the midst of the virus crisis going on. I had other stuff to pay and to settle with.
