Help My Dogs

Goodmorning everyone, I'm asking for your help. I have two dogs which are Schnauzer and Dachshund. They were previously diagnosed with parvo, parvo virus is a contagious virus mainly affecting dogs. They are not yet vaccinated with anti parvo that's why they both have it, I didn’t notice at first because they are pretty active in playing but now they are in so much pain and i can’t handle it anymore. We didn’t go back to the vet because we don’t have enough money to pay them. Especially, they are two of them who needs treatment. I'm asking for your help and support.
