Help my dog get life saving surgery

My dog tobi is the most loveable dog you will ever meet. We rescued him as a puppy when he was 6 months old abandoned with his brothers and sisters and left for dead. Last year he started having random gagging and throwing up fits took him to the dr was told it was a stomach virus gave us a prescription and sent us on our way. This didn’t help...a year 3 doctors, 2 surgeries and $1500 later he needs major surgery and I just do not have the money to pay for another surgery. Please help save my children’s best friend
