help my dog

hello, my name is Wilker Oliveira im from Portugal, and i have a dog called Sofia is a small dog, who has a hernia right bellow her bladder, but i cant afford the cirurgy to remove it, the doctors say it can kill her if she get excited, the hernia can blow up and probably kill her. that's why im here.
