Help my disabled sister stop suffering so much

my sister has arthritis and spends almost everyday in pain, but due to the fact that she has two dogs who are her rock and keep her going through the days of seemingly endless pain the government won't help her! She struggles month by month on minimal benefits despite the fact she cannot hold down a job because she doesn't know how she will feel day by day, I just wish I could buy her some where to live or just a small amount for a deposit or a break for her just something to dig her out of the hole caused by her not getting what she deserve or just enough for her basic needs please contact if you want to know more I love her so much please help!!
