Help my daughter and granddaughter

My daughter and granddaughter will be homeless in a manner of days. She has no money to pay her car loan, and to find a place to live. The place she is at is kicking her out, even though it is her husband's grandmother. The grandmother has taken the baby's formula and threw it away, has them sleeping in a storage room, and overall has made it extremely difficult for them. Her husband has been working at any job he can find, but it's just not enough for them to leave the bad situation they are in.
