Help my dad with his Cancer Treatment

Dear All, my dad who is 71 yrs old was hospitalised on 18 July 2021 due to his low blood pressure. I was informed that my dad had pneumonia. After the doctor done a thoroughly check on him, they found that he has a growth in his right lung and a minimal fluid in his left lung. So the doctor did a biosyp to do some test on the sample attained. As of 26 July 2021, i was informed that the biosyp result shows that he had lung cancer.

Add on to his current Benign prostatic hyperplasia, history of stroke, high blood pressure, it would be hard for me to burden the financial aspect. My dad is a PR who works as a barber. Barber doesn't earn much, usually he brings back home SGD $1K per month. He doesnt even have CHAS card. My mum is retired and had mild stroke and wheelchair bound. As for myself, i currently working and studying part time diploma. Therefore, my pay after CPF is only S$2K. Monthly Household gross income is about S$1k plus.

As you know cancer treatment in Singapore is not cheap. I would love to opt for immunotherapy which is the best choice for today's cancer treatment. Immunotherapy treatment range from S$7,000 to S$15,000 every three weeks, depending on the dosage. If chemotherapy is added, there will be extra costs.

Chemotherapy costs between S$3,000 and S$7,000 per three weeks, depending on the choice of drugs. For Medishield, we could only use S$3,000 per month and using medisave of S$1,200 per month which is unsufficient for the treatment.
