Hi my name is Syakirah and i'm 20 Years Old and my Dad just recently admitted to the hospital due to a serious gout. I come from a very low income family. My brother and sister does not even care about my dad and my moms salary is not enough. My dad got his finger cut years ago but now the gout has come and it attack my dad. Please help us to cover his medication as i'm still young and i still need my parents for my future.
