Help my dad pay his bank loan

Back in 1999 when the economy in my country was ok,my dad decided to build a new house to be the primary,because until now we rent a small apartment after lots of years paying on time and going well in his business,economic downturn stroke again my country and in 2013 he decided to close his business of metal construction and since then he is unemployed in the age of 67.my dad lost his wife and our mother in 2009,so he had some psychological issues that couldnt help him to do something good with his life.since 2013 i help him financially but my salary is to small to help him to pay up bank loan,
