Help my Cousin with Medical Expenses

Hi I am James, I have a 5 year old cousin with a rare condition. At his age he wasn’t able to walk and talk, his parents doesn’t know what is his illness. They struggle with his medical care expenses. He also cannot eat solid foods, I am knocking on your kind hearts for a little donation for my cousin.
