Help my cousin with ADHD/Autisim get back to school

My 7 year old cousin, Reynald, was diagnosed to have ADHD and Autisim. He was not having any problems academically, although, his teacher would always complain about him distracting his classmates. He actually even excelled in school for he was sometimes invited to join math competitions. But earlier this year, his school would not release his grade card and refuses to let him enroll for the next academic year. This which forced Reynald and his family to move to the province and have him enrolled in a public school instead.

Also, his parents have been unable to support his special education class due to financial reasons, because his dad (my uncle) suffered from a stroke and has been unable to get back to work since then. And since the stroke, most of their money goes to his father's medication which does costs a lot.

Help Reynald get back to his normal school and bring him back to the city together with his family. Also, help Reynald's dad go through therapy and pay for medical bills and his medication.
