Help my cousin get her gastric sleeve surgery

Hi everyone,

My cousin is very obese (about 150 kg), shes been that way since she was a child. I feel so sorry for her as she's tried to lose weight naturally but nothing works. Her family are already struggling with loans and taking care of her father who just had a stroke. She herself has had an array of health issues, her obesity is even making her unable to control her bladder. Im afraid if she waits any longer something might go wrong with her organs. I really want her to get the weight loss operation, she wants to as well just that she can't afford. (She doesn't know im doing this for her). I hope with your kind donations, she can get her gastric sleeve operation, lose weight and get healthy as soon as possible. Thank you all for your attention.
