Help my coach do spine surgery 🙏🏻

My coach was a big champion in armwrestling and strength sports 9 years ago.. Unluckily he was shot in his spine during revolution .. Thank god he was saved , but he got paralyzed and can't move any of his lower parts..

He has been searching for a long time since then if any doctor can do this types of dangerous surgeries and be guaranteed so he can walk again on his legs but with no help he didn't find any help..

Few months ago , hope returned and he talked with a doctor outside our country who told him that there's a possibility to do this surgery now and it will be almost guaranteed .. We need any help so we can collect money for him he had a gym that was giving him a not bad income but it got closed because he didnt have money to pay rent for the place
