Introduction and need for support:
I have two small children who have been the recipients of an injustice by a British judge. This judge gave an order to separate my children from my care and send them to live in another part of the country against their will. My elder daughter was devastated by the decision and both my children want to return home to me but the legal system is preventing them from doing so. I am fighting the decision and I am in the legal procedure to give justice to my children. I need financial help for the legal cost to do this for my children.

Background information:
I have successfully obtained permission to appeal the decision by the judge and to continue with the legal battle for justice. A higher ranking judge said, during the appeal hearing, of the judge that gave the order to take my children away from me: "The judge, not only was he aware of the misconduct of the Cafcass officer, but he also utilised his evidence in court to give his decision for the children". This means that the judge was colluded with the Cafcass officer in giving an order that was against my children. Cafcass (The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) is a British organisation that is engaged by the family courts for them to carry out studies on children and produce reports used by the judges to make decisions on disputes for the custody (residence) of children. I have had an agreement, by the high ranking judge, that the Cafcass officer who was in charge of the study and report for the court, on my children, manipulated and concealed information about my elder daughter and misled the court in his report and in giving evidence in court. The judge was also at fault for realising what the Cafcass officer doing, not questioning his honesty and also using his report and evidence to give a biased decision against my children and myself.

The judge allowed my former wife to take the children and go to live in another part of Britain with her new partner. Her new partner has not been able to have children and is financing my former wife's high legal costs to fight me for the children. He is well off and I believe he is financing getting the children he cannot have. My elder daughter is adamant that she does not want to live with them, that she does not want to live in the part of the country where they live now and that she wants to live with me in my town. She was silenced and ignored by Cafcass and the judge despite the fact that she is of an age where her wishes as to who and where she wants to live with must be heard and considered by the court.  My younger daughter is not of an age where she is allowed to say who she wants to live with but she loves being with me.

The same judge who took my children away from me has damaged my business and stopped it for several months, in order to cause me financial distress, to stop me having money to defend my children and to stop me having money to support my children. My business is still stopped now and I have had no money from it all this year.

Human Rights and Prejudice:
I have started a complaint against Cafcass with the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman in Britain. This organisation has taken up my case for investigation. Last year, this organisation took only 7.9% of the requests for investigation and later upheld some 42% of the ones they accepted. I believe that my case of injustice against the Human Rights of my children has weight with this Ombudsman. I claim that the Cafcass officer was gender biased towards my former wife and that he was also racially prejudiced against myself and my children as we belong to a very small racial minority in the UK. This (white) officer recommended that I was replaced as the main carer for my children by my former wife's new partner who is white and British by birth.

What happens next and use of funds:
In January 2015, I will return to court to continue the struggle for my children. I have no money for the legal costs for the reasons explained above. The government legal aid, for people like me in Britain, has been stopped. I am trying to raise donations for what I consider I need to carry on with the search for justice for my children. I intend to spend the bulk of what I managed to raise on the legal costs and the rest directly on the children.

Proof:
I will be more than happy to supply proof of my claims and the above mentioned court proceedings, together with the government investigation, to people who support me or I could post the evidence in my Facebook page or here in this website. However, this would have to wait until it is legally possible to do so and when I obtain advice as to what information I am allowed to disclose. I will also be able to supply proof of how the money was spent.

Thank you!
