Help my cat, Tom.

Hello. I have a cat named Tom that i have cared for since he was a 2 months old kitten. Now he is 4 years old and he is suffering from kidney problem and the cost for the operation is about $170 to remove the kidney stones. However since the minimum fund must be above $250 so I'll just put $260 and the extra will be for his foods. I'm a student and I don't have that much money with me.. I really hope anyone can help me with this. It will mean a lot to me and only God can repay your kindness. I really really love Tom and I don't want to lose him. I don't know how else to ask for help. Please help my Tom.
