Help my business and family survive .

I urgently need your help as to not going bankrupt/insolvent please. I am a single mother 49 years old from Johannesburg, in Kempton Park with a daughter (my only child) at university in her 3rd year at Rhodes University . My parents in their seventies is living with me. And I am blessed to still have them both living and in good health with me. I am self employed for the last 12 years, and is hardworking and responsible. I am in the Property Finance and Real Estate field. I have build a good and solid foundation over the years, and moved from a formal office to working from home. Which made it easier for me to balance family and work. A project I signed up for and were chosen for went terribly wrong ! I have invested all my time and money in this. Three and a half years of my life, only involved in this project and carrying all the overheads, and marketing expenses. Even with a solid mandate and contract that was signed and sealed and with 100% success delivered from my side within the required time frame, the owner of the project, whom received all the money from the financial backer and the payments for my work done and those of other contractors, refused to pay over the agreed compensation to us. And the only reason is greed. I had to write off close to a million rand . Being a small business owner, the cost of a court case with the loss of this compensation would have crippled me and my family to homeless status. I just need to recover my expenses to enable me to continue with my business to support my daughter, and parents. I stand now to loose everything I have worked so hard for over the years to build up and accomplish. To start over I surely can yes, but I am also fighting for the future of my daughter and my parents, to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table.
