Help my brother medication

Hi. i want to help my brother to get treatment for schizophrenia but i am also lack of financial. the man in picture is my brother, the two kids is his sons and the other one kid is my son.
He is separated and his wife left him from another man 2 years ago. at first we dont know he is ill. i have no idea what schizophrenia until recently.
We are worried as family, because he is suffering from hallucinations and delusions and also a suicidal. he think he is worthless and also refuse to see doctor because he think he is normal. we also cant send him to doctor for treatment because we cannot afford, we are worried and also has fear at the same time because if he cant get medication his situation might get worse. we are living with him and he has no work because of his situation he always think people talking behind him and also thinks people bullying him whicch isnt true (all delusions) because of his mental health.
we cant sleep a night because he might do something bad to himself or worse he might do something bad to us.
Please help us. we will really appreciate. we are from Philippines and my brother is 25 years old.
We want to send him to hospital as soon as possible.
