Help my brother Mark Janrey for his Open Heart Surgery (Atrial Myxoma)

My brother has been diagnosed with Atrial Myxoma in his left heart 2 years ago and upon last check up from the doctor last week, it was recommended that the only option is to have a resection of the tumor in his left heart. The doctor recommended to enroll him to a charity hospital (Chong Hua Hospital - Cebu City) since we do not have much money. The estimated charges for the Open Heart surgery itself is Php700,000 and the charity hospital can only cover Php500,000 and the remaining balance will be shelled out by us. The operation will only commence once we have provided the amount of Php200,000 upon admission. Other expenses that will incur during the operation and rehabilitation may not be included in the estimated charges given by the doctor. My brother has two kids, ages 11 years old (girl) and 6 years old (boy) and both are still studying and all of them are living together in our parents house.
