Help my brother help himself

I dont know where to start as i never pictured myself having to do this, but here goes.

My brother christopher has grown up with different health problems, torrettes, OCD, ADHD, and now depression. So he has always struggled but use to get by. About 2 years ago he used to have a decent job, and an averagely comfortable lifestyle (in the sense he could buy himself a nice pair of trainers or two at the end of the month) until he had to leave the company he worked for due to health reasons.

He then became a delivery driver for amazon, he started a mini e-liquid business on the side and he enjoyed this until they changed some of the laws of selling e-liquids and alot of people drifted away from it ans that didnt work out... he was getting alot of work from his amazon job for the first while, him and his girlfriend were able to rent a new house together that use to be her grannys house so that was great and they were happy... until amazon delivery driving became alot more popular and he struggled to find work..

He had to look for new employment and after a while he found a part time job as a delivery driver for tesco, not many hours but he took what he could get. After a while of working here he found it was taking a toll on his mental health driving around alone all day and dealing with the general public. He still works here and isnt earning enough to cover his bills even when trying to get overtime. He went to the doctors recently and they told him he is having a breakdown. A couple of weeks after being told this he crashed his car, i specifically remember him texting my mum saying "either life is trying to make me stronger, or i just have the shittest life ever" his car was bought via a loan, which he now has to pay in full since the car is wrote off and as he breaked and skidded into the back of someone it was deemed his fault. Our grandad was able to buy him a new car to get to work and back, but like i said he still has to pay off the old one too.

Anytime we text him to ask how he is we get alot of texts back about him being sick of living and how he thinks hes ruining his familys lives by being alive. He isnt making enough money to cover his bills, his girlfriend has tried to help and it got her in debt.. he managed to pay her back a bit by giving her the money meant for his bills, therefore leaving himself in even more debt. My parents have given him over 500 pounds and cant afford to give anymore. He owes her 1000 pounds and now hasnt paid his car payments or his insurance or anything else, all he has payed is his rent so he is atleast a couple of months behind on his bills.

I really want to help him as im genuinely terrified of him doing something stupid, i want him to feel human again and have a sense of a normal life, hes been struggling so bad the past couple of years and he is only 28, it just isnt fair. I would love to be able to help myself but unfortunately im not financially comfortable myself. Please help even a little bit if you can,
