ok, so I'm doing this fundraiser on behalf of my brother. the backstory is he has had a very bad divorce early this year and lost everything ( literally everything after she had an affair with a close friend of his) he owned with his then-wife, house, furniture, every penny he put into buying the house and mortgage, daily access to his kids. She has since cost him even more in court costs to the sum of at least ten thousand for the most insane reasons.
For you to understand just how awful she is and why he deserves this help, after having another affair and throwing him out of the house he paid for in its entirety, she has since proceeded to take against him a very long-winded plot. when they were married he did everything for her, especially when the kids were born.
from day one he would stay up all night feeding and changing them while she slept, then went to work all day to support them. he would take the kids to school on the way to work while she was still in bed asleep, after also getting them ready and making their lunch.
she herself would collect them from school after spending her day since dinner time at the gym (she was trying to have an affair with the trainer that helped her lose weight), and wait for him to come home at 6 to prepare tea and bathe the kids, read them books and put them to bed.
He did all the cleaning, the grocery shopping, the child care, etc and she literally did NOTHING. The silly thing is he loved her so much and she treated him like a slave.
the worst part is that he has gone from all that time with his kids to once a month which is devastating to him, while she plays happy families with his friend.
alongside that she is trying to ruin him financially by taking him for everything she can, spousal payments, pet cost maintenance, child maintenance, and he still has to pay towards the mortgage despite having to hand the house over to her and we suspect her lover having moved in.
unfortunately, this has left him with a lot of debt that he is struggling to pay off. the family has helped him all we can with rental and bill costs but we can afford no more, we also have given thousands in barrister fees defending her false allegations, which thankfully were proven false.
despite this, the court still sides with her because she is the woman, and she is coaching the children to hate him behind the scenes as confirmed by the children.
He is an amazing father, has wonderful children, would help anybody out of a jam, and works very hard to provide for them, child maintenance, clothes, xmas presents and the like, but this leaves him very stressed and tight financially. the children have everything they need from him but he has to go without such simple things as new clothes for himself, cheap trip to the cinema, weekends away with kids, etc.
If we didn't help he would surely be homeless, and the funds raised would go to paying off his court, barrister, and solicitor debts which are now up to 18,000. he is trying as hard as he can but needs help desperately.
if you can sympathize with this situation any help would be appreciated by me, my family and most of all my brother and his kids who I'm sure would love a nice summer holiday somewhere like Butlins next year.
if anybody deserves it it's them, and its something they could do if he wasn't paying off all those debts.

please forgive the vagueness of it name wise but it is for his privacy, as he is a very proud man and doesn't want anybody outside of us to know.

please please, help my brother. even a small amount would reduce the amount of debt and enable him to treat the kids on one of his weekends.
