help my brother get his first computer

First of all thank you for reading my page. My brother will be 14 years old at the and of august and we would like to hold him a big birthday party and buy him a pc because he wants that so bad. He was always interested in computers and this kind of stuff . He also wants to go to a computer technician school so a pc would be a great practice tool. Unfortunately we can't cant buy a computer because it's expensive and we also need to pay for the party, but with your help we may be able to buy a pc for him too. We would like to bring joy to my brother's face. Thanks in advance
