Help my Apply to colleges

Hello,

I am a 21 years old Syrian Student and I want to apply to certain Universities in Canada. However, I need an English Proficiency Test to be considered in admission. Luckily, they accept the Duolingo test, but I cannot afford to take the test and apply for colleges simultaneously. I am applying for the University of Guelph and Brock University. In total $1000 would be enough to cover both with some extra cash remaining, which I will donate to a charity later.
