Help my 28yr old sister to defeat obesity

Hi, im Akul, a 19 years old male from africa, im educated and luckily i can speak english good enough to tell my sister's Amiya story.

My sister hasn't been able to leave her room for almost 20 years since she was diagnosed of severe hormonal obesity, 4 months ago her condition has been progressed and she is now suffering of severe internal organ failures. Doctors said she will be able to live on medications for 5-6 months before her condition is considerd critical and they also mentioned that she may be able to live if she is diagnosed in Berlin, Germany, where there is a doctor called Dr. Stefan Tange, a specialist in general surgical procedures who leads the adiposity section which includes bariatric surgery. We have been battling both emotionaly and financially to pay for her medications and according to doctors any money spend on medications will only prolong the time she is living with us right now but would not cure her, mentioning that her cure success is high in berlin and every dollar must be spent to deliver her to Dr. Stefan Tange. Unfortunately, we only can afford 2 tickets to germany which is my dad ticket and Amiya's ticket we need help to get me a ticket and my mother too cos i must be the one talking to doctors because only me can speak english. We need money we need every money you can give us to be able to stay in berlin to be able to pay for her operation, and we hopefully that the operation price wouldn't be too expensive that you cant afford me it i will keep this post updated my priority now is to travel and have money to stay in berlin any help would be appreciated.
