Help Motivate Budding English Readers in Brunei

I'm an ESL English teacher in Brunei and I started an early Morning Reading Programme at my secondary school to encourage all students to read an English book for at least 10 minutes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning between 06:30 and 07:00 before school starts. I started the programme on 10 July 2018 and it will end on 25 November 2018. On average, there are around 15 to 20 readers each morning and this is very encouraging. I'd like to reward the most consistent readers with prizes as well as having a lucky draw where the prize will be a Smartphone or Tablet. This is the reason I'm starting the fundraising campaign.
