Help mothers to the motherless develop themselves

Hi, I am currently doing my practicals at one of the children's homes in Cape Town,and have been doing that for more than 3 months now.besides the house being super clean and safe for the kiddies to play around, I was so amazed by the way the love the workers show to the children and their loyalty to the home as most have more than 5 years working there, however I got worried after most of them disclosed that they can't drive ,I then asked myself what happens in case of emergency. 25 of the workers are very much keen and interested in having a driver's license as they know its a basic, while some believe they are now too old to drive.The home does not have any means of paying for the staff, they only afford to cover half the cost of the licencing.Please help me raise the funds to help them as this will benefit the children's safety too.
