Help Morgan get to New York by February 1st

My name is Morgan and I'm a 23-year-old woman living in Houston, Texas (where I've been for 8 going on 9 years.) To make a long story short, I'm in a very unhealthy relationship that is verbally and emotionally abusive. I have decided I want to move all the way from Houston to NYC to start over. My abuser knows I'm leaving and has forbidden me to drive. He says if I don't manage to book the flight by February 1st, I'm out on the streets. I believe that he is trying to exert unhealthy control because he can't stand to see me be independent and happy. We have no children together (he has kids from a former relationship, I am infertile), so once I manage to get away I'll probably never have to deal with him again. Financially, I'm strapped, partly because of his unwillingness to help me and control freak tendencies. I cannot afford the airfare, and the longer I wait the worse off I'll be. I can't bring myself to ask family or friends for money, but somehow I can find it within myself to ask the Internet. Even if this fundraising effort only yields half of its goal, I'll be on my way. Every penny will be spent on travel costs and necessities like food and a metro card. I am very grateful for any and all help!
