Help Mohammed get the corrective surgery he needs

I am appealing for assistance on behalf of Mohammed, a smart and fun-loving little Sri Lankan boy with some severe birth-defects, including a cleft palate and Congenital Contracted Fexor Tendon disorder, which means he has speech problems and has difficulty using his hands and with walking. He is highly intelligent, but these conditions will interfere with his education unless addressed surgically. Mohammed's father is a simple fisherman and cannot afford this treatment. As a long-time friend of Mohammed's uncle, I am humbly requesting some modest funds to get Mohammed the treatment he needs before he begins his formal education.
