Help Mini get surgery

Mini is 8 years old Pomeranian, she has been diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy for 6 months already which mean she is receiving medical treatment from her Vet every week. But recently i have noticed something wrong on her right leg and how strange she walks, so i brought her immediately to the vet and so they did all the check up and X-ray and it turnt out to be Hip Luxation. That means they need to perform a surgery on her asap. But problem is, i am having a hard time with financial and work. The expense for this hip luxation surgery is out of my reach and i am here begging for miracle to happen while she still lives.
