Help Mina sanction her owner who cut her paw off!

Mina was a healthy dog who happens to be untrained. Due to this nature she was incapable of understanding basic reaction by people when she was doing, on an early morning Mina got into one of the neighbor's property and killed a couple of ducks, the neighbor decided to grab a few knives and stab her, but Mina retaliated and bit her neighbor's hand. It wasn't long until the the neighbor decided to alert Mina's owner.

Mina is owned by two married couple who had been raising her since her birth, in a shocking video you could see the husband was filming it as his wife decided to "Punish" Mina by grabbing a knife and chopped off her paw. Mina was seen with her mouth tied to keep it closed as the owner did not want to get bit during or after the process. Mina was left untreated for almost a month until the two married couples decided to get her to the Vet, by then it was all too late. Luckily the owners decided to give Mina away to the Vet, as one of the Doctors insist the couple to give Mina to him under his care.

According to the Doctor, her paw was severely infected to a point the Doctor had to perform a life saving surgery to amputate her leg. According to the couple, they had left Mina's wound untreated for two solid weeks to punish her.

The two owners are still going free unpunished for their act of cruelty towards Mina, we have over 20,000 Signatures to get the Vietnamese's authorities arrest the two couples, unfortunately it fell on deaf ears, help us fund the Vietnamese people to sanction the two owners who had display such cruelty towards Mina.
