Help Mina Finish the University

Hi, I'm Mina Rajic. I'm currently 20 years old and a second year student of GIS at Faculty of Sciences of University of Novi Sad in Serbia. I've finished the first year with an average grade of 9,22 out of 10. Besides that I also work as a volunteer translator. I've been working as a translator for 4 and a half years now and I've been translating anime for kids in my local language serbian.

I'm starting this campaign as I came out as trans to my parents and it went horribly. They came somewhat neutral on this topic at first, however 2 weeks later I got kicked out of the house. This meant that I was on my own all of a sudden.

I tried my best to remain calm and to think about my future. I had some money that I could use to afford myself a month worth of rent, food etc. Unfortunately finding a job as a student is not as easy and some jobs I do find just aren't enough. University lectures make everything even harder. With the current situation I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it for much longer then until the end of the year. I'm not able to even get student loans since technically I still do have parents on paper and therefore I was told that not being able to provide all the documents that include their salaries can't be excused.

Any funds I recieve from this campaign will go to help me with my living fees as well as university fees. Education here is technically free for students with high average grades which I did get but I still have to pay for everything that university life requires from books to field work and so on. My plan is to try and stabilize of any extra money I can get until I find a job that will be enough for me to make a living. Otherwise I'd have to drop out of university. But that is something I really don't want to happen, I always look forward to studying, GIS was always my passion and I really want to achieve a lot with it.
