Help, Medical Expenses

A close friend of mine is suffering with Anaemia however her body is refusing all the supplements the doctors are providing and such she has to do regular visits to the hospital for blood transfusions and every transfusion she has to pay from her own pocket because she recently just started working and its becoming straining on her finances. The doctors are also of the opinion that there might lie another unnoticed illness inside her body hence her body is rejecting the medication however they can't perform a full body check up without payment and that's highly expensive but she needs the check up to ensure if there is an existence of another illness so the doctors can provide proper medication for her and if need arises assign her a specialist, she has been off so many times for the transfusion that her job is in trouble so getting this check up will help reduce the absent days but we dont have the necessary money it and what might pop up after the check up, please help.
