Help me with my family

Hello dearest friends,

i am 29 years old single man from Malaysia. I work as a cabin crew in local airline company. I am very happy go lucky kind of person. But These past few months its not the same again. My mom diagnosed with kidney failure. One of her kidney failed. I end up borrowing money from bank for her medical bills.my dad had heart attacked last few months. He is is the main earner for the family. And last month my lil sister need money to continue her study in Master level in local universities. As a brother, i have to do what i have to do for them. I end up having more than 50k of debts. And i cant really pay them on time now. I really appreciate if any one of you can help me. Im lost and hopeless. Dont know what to do. God bless you
