Help me with my Masters

I am 24 year's old graduate in computer science, raised and brought up in KSA. I had no family support during my bachelors instead. I have to take care of my family, I have three number of dependents which include two children and my wife. During my bachelors i was the brightest student in my University and to support my family and education, I use to work as a Martial arts instructor, food delivery driver and teacher for ICT . After three years of struggle, I managed to complete my bachelors. I am an IOS developer now but here in this country they don't have much job's for IOS developer's since they out source the work to Pakistan and India. I am keen to learn new things in development and implement them for a better world but i have no options to learn in here. I tried into so many companies abroad but they look at your degree first and then into your skills. Most of the companies now a days asking for Masters. I am being offered half and full for tuitions scholarships in China, USA, Korea and Estonia also i can manage to get admission in Germany. The only obstacle i face is fundings what i am earning is not enough to support my education and family at the same time. If i move to a new country, I need to have sufficient funds to support my family and cover the fee which scholar ship is not covering.

Please Help me with my Masters, I don't want to waste my skills here.
