Help me with my gallbladder surgery

Hello, I’m Isaac Vargas. I have a large gallstone that is producing a lot of pain, almost unbearable. I have had several very painful attacks but in the ER they just gave me pain medications and sent me home. Surgery is the only option, but in the Public health system the process would take at least 2 years, I can’t keep with this pain for two more years. I’m a teacher, and my salary was reduced because of the pandemic; moreover, I’m responsible for my mother and all the expenses in my home, so I can’t pay for the surgery. I need it ASAP as the pain has become just too much and the problem may have started affecting my pancreas. Please help me.
