Help me with my dysautonomia medical bills

Hi all. I am Melvin and I will be 24 years old this year. Recently in July 2020, I was hospitalized for 11 days with pancreatitis caused by gallbladder sludge. After this hospitalization, I developed several symptoms such as chronic constipation, dysphagia, dark velvety spots on my skin, vomiting and nausea along with anhidrosis(losing the ability to sweat). I was referred to a dermatologist and neurologist who diagnosed me with dysautonomia after doing a nerve conduction study. The specialists have yet to determine a cause for my dysautonomia and have ordered MRI and several expensive blood tests which I have some trouble paying for.

From July 2020 to Feb 2021, I have paid over $3000 in hospital fees. Some of them, I was able to claim from my insurance but unfortunately my coverage has run out and thus I am seeking help. I am currently seeing a neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist and gastroenterologist in the public hospital. I also have an open date with an ENT and dermatologist.

Some further background on me. I am currently on medical leave from NTU as I am unable to concentrate on my studies due to my illness. I am also having trouble finding jobs as my illness (especially my inability to sweat and eat properly) makes it difficult for me to work. My parents are elderly and unemployed. My dad was asked to take an early retirement due to COVID-19. Since July 2020, I have lost roughly 23kg in weight.
